Client Experience Manager

We are looking for naturally caring individuals to join our innovative homecare team.

We offer luxury homecare – and excellent jobs.

Focused on helping our clients live well, it’s an ethos that extends to our team, too.

After all, you have to live well to do a job well, and that’s what we’re all about – creating a supportive, nurturing environment for clients and colleagues.

And our latest role is a specific one that perfectly encapsulates that philosophy.

Our clients, of course, are central to what we do.

For our business to work, our clients need to be happy – and that’s where you come in.

Are you someone who is warm, compassionate, approachable, dedicated, dynamic and have excellent communication skills? Then, please get in touch.

Full training is provided, so we’re focused on your personality.  To deliver person-centred care and to look after people, you have to really care – and this is something that has to come naturally.  A caring inclination isn’t taught, it’s ingrained.

You will, though, be supported to learn the fundamentals of the role in a supportive environment.

We are offering fixed contracted hours as well as flexible working and we match our team members to our clients based on skills, personality, backgrounds, interests and availability.

All applications will be heavily screened and directed to our safeguarding policy.

So, what does the day to day look like?

We’re looking for someone to join our team whose primary role is to ensure our clients have an incredible experience – with the title of client experience manager neatly summarising what your focus will be.

  • Working closely with Kelly, our Director of Care Operations, you’ll be supporting the care team to manage client-facing admin effectively and efficiently – focusing on supporting initial consultations, staff inductions, client reviews, relative check-ins, auditing and more. Essentially, you’ll be helping to ensure the day-to-day runs smoothly, with barely a ripple to trouble the client experience.

And, on top of that, we’re looking for someone who’ll be able to spearhead and help build out our lifestyle programme. Part of our concierge offering, it forms a crucial aspect of our clients’ experience – which is set on enabling people to carry on living active and fulfilling lives, with our support. Creating an active programme of events and activities then, will help to ensure clients continue living enriched and enjoyable lifestyles tailored to their needs.

The role is perfect for someone who is outgoing, energetic and conscientious – with a genuine desire to make someone’s day rooted in their approach.

Alongside a bubbly, personable nature, you’ll also need to have a caring disposition too, as while your primary role will be managing our clients’ expectations, we’ll need you to help out and cover care shifts when needed – particularly on call.

So previous care experience, ideally in homecare or possibly nursing care, is needed to supplement your main day-to-day responsibilities, but it will be a supernumerary role, assisting our core team of personal assistants who conduct the primary care.

The job offers exciting prospects – with the opportunity there to grow with the business. At Vivant we have big ambitions, and we will be looking to bring people along with us on our journey, growing as we grow.

So how does that sound? If you’re looking to step into an exciting role with expanding horizons, we’d love to hear from you.

So please get in touch, and let’s embrace new opportunities together.
